Security Manager

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Gilching, Germany (Hybrid role)

What you will do

• Develop and implement physical security concepts and guidelines.
• Manage and improve access control systems and visitor management processes.
• Oversee intrusion detection and video surveillance platforms.
• Coordinate complex infrastructure security projects and external service providers.
• Handle security-relevant documentation and reporting workflows.
• Support the Head of Security in daily operational business.

Requirements

• Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in corporate security or risk management.
• Strong interest in security technologies and organizational resilience.
• Professional, communicative, and reliable attitude.
• Must be able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany (Hybrid model with one remote day per week).

Nice to have

• Background from federal security organizations (police, armed forces, or security agencies).
