What you will do

• Drive growth initiatives by applying hirify.global Business System tools, mentoring, and change management.
• Support regional operating company leadership in developing DBS roadmaps for sales, marketing, and innovation.
• Deliver formal and informal DBS training and coaching, including DBS Fundamentals training in China.
• Participate in Policy Deployment and Daily Management reviews and support priority improvements.
• Use market intelligence to identify growth priorities, manage the CP and CT funnel, and share regional best practices.
• Plan, execute, and sustain kaizen events while building DBS culture and capability across hirify.global operating companies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business experience, including leadership roles in sales and marketing.
• Experience managing complex business operations and leading large teams; general management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to assess business metrics, design and implement DBS roadmaps, and apply process improvement in a leadership role.
• Strong communication, influencing, customer-focus, analytical, strategic-thinking, and conflict-management skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, independent, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
