TL;DR

Senior Manager, People Partner (All Genders) (Strategic HR and organisational effectiveness): Shaping people strategies, organisational design, workforce planning, talent development and transformation initiatives for business leaders in Singapore with an accent on senior stakeholder partnership, data-driven insights and organisational change. Focus on coaching leaders, managing succession and critical talent risks, and translating complex people strategies into effective execution.

Location: Singapore; open to Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs only. Flexible hybrid setup.

What you will do

Partner with senior business leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and organisational interventions.
Advise on organisational design, operating models, workforce composition and workforce planning.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning and strategies addressing critical talent, capability and leadership risks.
Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, organisational health and change leadership.
Shape people strategies for transformation, restructuring and organisational change.
Lead complex People projects and embed strategic priorities across stakeholders and Centres of Excellence.

Requirements

Singaporean citizenship or Singaporean permanent residency required.
10+ years of progressive HR or HR consulting experience, including significant strategic People Partner or HR Business Partner experience.
Experience partnering with senior and C-level leaders and influencing complex organisational decisions.
Expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership effectiveness and change management.
Strong coaching, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical and data literacy skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

Experience working across multiple APAC and/or European markets.
Experience in a high-growth, technology, platform or similarly fast-paced environment.
Experience in BPO or Shared Service Centres.
