TL;DR
Senior Manager, People Partner (HR): Shaping people and organisational strategies for a fast-paced delivery platform in partnership with senior business leaders, with an accent on organisation design, workforce planning, talent, leadership effectiveness, and transformation. Focus on coaching senior leaders, identifying critical talent and capability risks, and executing complex People initiatives across a matrixed environment.
Location: Singapore; hybrid work arrangement. This role is open to Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs only.

What you will do
- Act as a strategic People Partner to senior and C-level business leaders.
- Translate business priorities into people strategies that improve organisational performance and effectiveness.
- Advise on organisation design, operating models, workforce composition, and workforce planning.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and performance initiatives.
- Support organisational transformation, restructuring, and change management.
- Lead complex People projects and embed strategic priorities across stakeholders and Centres of Excellence.
Requirements
- Singaporean citizenship or Singapore Permanent Residency is required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR or HR consulting experience, including strategic People Partner or HR Business Partner experience.
- Experience partnering with senior and C-level leaders and influencing complex organisational decisions.
- Experience in organisation design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
- Strong coaching, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, analytical, and data literacy skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience working across APAC and/or European markets.
- Experience in a high-growth technology, platform, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Experience in BPO or Shared Service Centres.
