What you will do

• Review transaction-monitorhirify.global cases escalated by first-line teams and other internal and external sources.
• Investigate potentially suspicious activity through customer profilhirify.global, transactional analysis, and evidence-based assessment.
• Draft Grounds for Suspicion reports and prepare Suspicious Matter Reports for regulatory submission.
• Review investigations and make decisions to ensure regulatory, quality, and service-level requirements are met.
• Support trainhirify.global, knowledge sharhirify.global, and capability development across onshore and offshore teams.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen financial crime controls.

Requirements

• Experience in AML/CTF or financial crime investigations within bankhirify.global or financial services.
• Hands-on experience preparhirify.global Suspicious Matter Reports and Grounds for Suspicion assessments.
• Strong understandhirify.global of Australian AML/CTF legislation and regulatory obligations.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, includhirify.global the ability to make risk-based decisions.
• Ability to work independently, manage compethirify.global priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement.
