What you will do

• Provide customer care to internal and external customers.
• Support regional customer service activities, including accurate entry of orders, quotes, and RMAs.
• Create and maintain special product specifications.
• Communicate deliverables to customers and representatives.
• Resolve standard and regional customer service issues using company policies and procedures.
• Complete required customer service certifications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Associate's degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Ability to learn product concepts and technical details.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
