Senior Director, Global Commercial Lead-Lung (Oncology)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; the role is based in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Base pay range: $178,000–$307,050 per year.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition for the RYBREVANT Lung franchise.
• Lead lifecycle planning, portfolio strategy, forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic business assessments.
• Generate customer, market, and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and regional commercial organizations on evidence, development, and launch planning.
• Oversee promotional platforms, messaging architecture, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Represent the commercial perspective in governance forums and influence investment and portfolio decisions.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; MS or MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive biotech, pharmaceutical, or relevant experience.
• Senior in-line marketing and brand responsibility experience, including people management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to work across geographies, assimilate complex scientific and medical data, manage competing priorities, and drive decision-making.
• Ability to work from the Raritan, New Jersey location; up to 30% domestic and international travel may be required.

• Oncology or hematology experience.
• Global launch experience and collaboration with regional partners.
• Strategic alliance management, global market access, companion diagnostics, or medical strategy experience.
• Experience building AI literacy and confidence and applying emerging technologies responsibly.
