Director, Diagnosis Innovation & Collaboration (Biotech)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings and events is expected, approximately 20%.

Salary: $177,000–$242,000 annual

What you will do

• Identify and implement innovative approaches to diagnosing patients with respiratory diseases.
• Develop external collaborations to advance diagnostic innovation.
• Lead diagnosis innovation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Uncover unknown or overlooked opportunities to improve patient diagnosis and growth.
• Apply analytical thinking and marketing fundamentals to diagnosis strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in infectious disease, respiratory, or rare disease.
• Proven experience driving growth by identifying overlooked opportunities.
• Availability for approximately 20% occasional travel.
