What you will do

• Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
• Develop solutions for initiatives such as auto loan products, digital engagement, branch workflow optimization, and customer support tools.
• Work cross-functionally to deploy proposed solutions and improve business outcomes.
• Create technical solutions that improve decision making, customer experience, and shareholder returns.
• Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Current bachelor's or master's degree student in a technical discipline, with expected graduation between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
• Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex projects through academic, athletic, volunteer, or employment activities.
