Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - North Decatur-Las Vegas

Location: On-site at 6311 North Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130, United States; may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Provide basic guidance on deposit, lending, checking, savings, certificate, IRA, trust, estate, and card products.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to educate members and cross-service relevant products.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.

• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
