What you will do

• Lead the QC Microbiology function at a large-molecule manufacturing plant.
• Oversee analysts and specialists within the QC Microbiology group.
• Perform hands-on QC work, including sampling and testing.
• Align QC Microbiology activities with regulatory requirements, company objectives, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with client counterparts and partner with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Support timely analysis and inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Experience leading or overseeing a QC Microbiology function.
• Ability to perform hands-on microbiology sampling and testing.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to work in alignment with regulatory requirements and inspection-readiness expectations.
