Senior Manager - Laboratory Operations

Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States; full-time, in-person presence required

What you will do

• Manage laboratory personnel and oversee laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, IT, and external vendors.
• Ensure operational excellence and inspection readiness across laboratory systems and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of laboratory systems and processes.
• Support hands-on collaboration, access to specialized equipment, and operational needs through in-person work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related regulatory industry environments.
• Ability to work full-time in person from the Bridgewater, New Jersey office.
• Minimal travel expected.
