Director, Identity and Technology Operations (IAM)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $134,922–$174,093 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise identity and access management strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Design and govern birthright, role-based, and attribute-based access models, entitlement catalogs, segregation-of-duties rules, and approval workflows.
• Lead identity lifecycle automation, including joiner-mover-leaver provisioning, SCIM and API integrations, single sign-on, monitoring, and workflow engineering.
• Provide operational leadership for provisioning, transfers, terminations, emergency deprovisioning, access requests, service levels, and capacity planning.
• Own identity control and compliance operations, access certification campaigns, audit evidence, remediation, and reporting to IT and Information Security leadership.
• Lead selected technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, vendor evaluations, and broader IT operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in identity and access management, including enterprise platform engineering, administration, or architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams, programs, or projects, including direct staff supervision.
• Experience leading operational support or service delivery functions with service-level accountability.
• Experience with identity governance, role and entitlement modeling, access certification, lifecycle automation, enterprise directories, SSO, privileged access, and audited access controls.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint or comparable platforms, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, SaaS integrations, IT service management, ticketing, and SLA reporting.
