Senior Associate, Investments UK, Ireland & Nordics (Real Estate)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least four full days each week in the advertised office

What you will do

• Develop and execute business plans to maximise the value and performance of residential assets.
• Lead strategic leasing initiatives, operational improvements, capital projects, and asset-level planning.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and portfolio management through financial modelling, valuation, underwriting, and due diligence.
• Analyse performance against budgets, forecasts, and market benchmarks, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, capital expenditure plans, business plans, and reporting for senior management and investment committees.
• Integrate sustainability, risk management, and ESG+R objectives across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Significant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a related property sector.
• Strong residential asset management experience, ideally with investment or transaction exposure.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, including experience with Argus, Yardi, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, lease structures, and real estate performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, commercial judgement, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• MRICS, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional qualification.
• Experience working with senior decision-makers and influencing investment outcomes.
