Social Media Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Peru; working hours follow U.S. Business Hours

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking a social media professional to manage and grow a multi-platform digital presence.

What you will do

• Audit 10 social media accounts and create actionable growth and improvement strategies.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies, calendars, messaging, and publishing schedules.
• Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and other native content for social platforms.
• Manage community engagement across comments, messages, mentions, Reddit, StockTwits, and other communities.
• Promote high-performing content using native tools and manage small paid amplification budgets.
• Analyze reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversion metrics, then provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Peru.
• Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, including X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong experience in B2B, SaaS, finance, or investor-focused social media marketing.
• Demonstrated success with community growth, short-form video creation, social media audits, and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Asana.
• Experience with investor-focused brands, financial audiences, StockTwits, Bluesky, or Pinterest.
