What you will do
- Manage daily social media operations and publish or schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube.
- Maintain social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
- Draft, edit, and optimize posts and community messaging according to brand tone and platform best practices.
- Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to brief, review, and approve creative assets.
- Execute social campaigns, competitions, and promotional initiatives while moderating community interactions.
- Track performance metrics, contribute to reporting, and use engagement insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused roles.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and native Instagram and Facebook publishing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Basic creative or video editing experience, especially with Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
- Familiarity with Bitly and UTM tracking.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or large online communities.
