Social Media Marketing Executive (iGaming)

Location: Remote, Gibraltar; availability to work on a schedule aligned with US time zones

What you will do

• Manage daily social media operations and publish or schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, X, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube.
• Maintain social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Draft, edit, and optimize posts and community messaging according to brand guidelines and platform best practices.
• Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders on social creative assets and execute campaigns, competitions, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to players, and escalate issues when needed.
• Track performance metrics, contribute to reporting, and use engagement insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content-focused roles.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and native Instagram and Facebook publishing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on a schedule aligned with US time zones.

Nice to have

• Basic creative or video editing experience, especially with Reels, Stories, or Shorts.
• Familiarity with Bitly and UTM tracking.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or large online communities.
