Product Data Operations supports a social-predictions app moving through a beta launch.

What you will do

• Review daily system-generated sports markets and complete the queue by a fixed deadline.
• Verify factual accuracy, clarity, event timing, authoritative sources, and settlement dates.
• Apply league-specific conventions for overtime, shootouts, postponements, abandoned events, player props, and statistical corrections.
• Approve, edit, or reject markets with structured reasons, and rewrite questions and resolution language for precision.
• Author timestamped clarifications, resolve feed exceptions, and monitor live markets for errors.
• Track schedules, team news, and social platforms to identify events and markets missed by the pipeline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sports trading, sports data operations, sports journalism, editorial work, or a comparable role.
• Current knowledge of professional and collegiate leagues across major sports.
• Fluency with sports culture, social media, trades, free agency, and breaking news.
• Working knowledge of official rules, settlement conventions, authoritative results, and statistical sources.
• Strong judgment in edge cases, exceptional written precision, and the ability to apply written policies and escalate ambiguity.
• Flexible availability for evening, overnight, and weekend work around live events.

Nice to have

• Experience with prediction markets, sportsbooks, exchanges, or DFS platforms.
• Trading desk experience or advanced use of prediction applications.
• Sports journalism experience or work on guidelines, style guides, rulebooks, or annotation standards.
• Familiarity with content policy, moderation frameworks, or editorial standards.
