What you will do

• Build, test, and deliver targeted audience files for direct mail, email, social media, mobile, and SMS campaigns.
• Use campaign orchestration tools, preferably Simon CDP, to support multi-channel marketing execution.
• Deliver and securely archive campaign data files for internal and external partners.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization tools.
• Maintain campaign calendars and perform quality assurance testing on segments, data flows, and output files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Database Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering targeted audiences in a multi-channel organization.
• At least 4 years of experience with campaign orchestration technologies, SQL or reporting tools, dashboard creation, and Jira or equivalent tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of database marketing, including profiling, segmenting, extracting, and data mining from large transactional databases.
• Expertise in ESP, digital advertising, push, SMS, and dialer marketing channels.
