Executive Business Partner (Gaming)

Salary: $74,200–$142,800 USD annually, depending on location

What you will do

• Support the Heads of Community Trust and Policy, Outreach and Education through executive coordination and operational partnership.
• Manage complex calendars, recurring meetings, departmental events, offsites, All Hands, and conferences.
• Prepare confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, expense reporting, and approvals.
• Structure operational planning across strategic deliverables, budgets, headcount, and space planning.
• Develop processes for the Rhythm of Business, capture executive meeting decisions, and collaborate with EBPs across hirify.global, Amazon, and external organizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with 5+ concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to turn ambiguous work into clear plans with owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Experience influencing without authority, building alignment, navigating disagreement, and driving outcomes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders from individual contributors through Director+ across multiple organizations and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including concise executive updates and briefings.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a viewer or creator.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
