Research RN (Oncology)

Location: Burnsville and Chaska, Minnesota, United States; onsite in a traditional clinic environment

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Screen patients for clinical trial eligibility, present trial information, support informed consent, and enroll participants.
• Coordinate patient care according to study protocols, including investigational drug accountability and patient education.
• Monitor patient condition, adverse events, concomitant medications, treatment response, and protocol compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical, regulatory, accrual, billing, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate monitoring and audit visits, work with auditors, and maintain compliance with research procedures and regulations.
• Support staff education, professional development, process improvements, and development of research SOPs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification required.
• At least three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial protocols, informed consent documents, and regulatory materials.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• OCN, SoCRA, or ACRP certification.
• Clinical research experience.
