Client Service Advocate (Fintech)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $35,000–$48,000 per year, plus target annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonuses of 5% each.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for selected clients and answer service inquiries.
• Process account transactions and provide subject-matter expertise on serviced products.
• Identify issues and determine appropriate actions for effective resolution, including trading problems.
• Build strong client relationships and support client needs.
• Train and mentor new staff and clients on operational policies and procedures.
• Help leadership monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed within established service level agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of client service experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work in an office environment with extended periods of sitting and regular use of standard office equipment.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
