Manager, Privileged Access Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid; office attendance three days per week is required at one of the following United States offices: St. Petersburg, Florida; Memphis, Tennessee; or Southfield, Michigan. Travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Lead the Privileged Access Management engineering team within the Identity and Access Management group.
• Own enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management platforms and programs.
• Set strategic direction and implement the IAM product roadmap across risk reduction, business enablement, operational efficiency, cost reduction, security, and compliance.
• Modernize IAM through IGA integration, automation, credential-less access patterns, zero standing privilege, and least privilege access.
• Improve visibility and control of privileged accounts, service accounts, non-human identities, and hardcoded secrets across applications, infrastructure, and DevOps environments.
• Translate regulatory and audit requirements into technical solutions, metrics, and evidence-based reporting.

Requirements

• Six to ten years of general experience and three to six years of management experience, including at least two to three years in relevant management or leadership.
• Strong experience leading enterprise PAM programs using CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with Secrets Management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault, cloud-native secrets, or Kubernetes secrets.
• Deep knowledge of privileged account lifecycle management, service accounts, non-human identity security, credential rotation, vaulting, and access control patterns.
• Experience integrating PAM with IGA solutions such as Saviynt or SailPoint, plus familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or Information Technology, or required high school education. Work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
