Product Analyst II

What you will do

• Collect and analyze product performance, customer behavior, usage, feedback, sales, and product trend data.
• Lead analytics throughout the product lifecycle, identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, growth opportunities, and churn risks.
• Segment and profile product data to improve sales and marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, product, go-to-market, customer service, technology, and analytics stakeholders across regions and countries.
• Develop customer insight dashboards, enablement materials, and KPI reports for the product portfolio.
• Present insights, run enablement sessions, measure outcomes, and establish stakeholder feedback loops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, product-related work, or sales enablement.
• Proficiency with business analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market where applicable.
