Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise (Blockchain)

Location: Hybrid role primarily in person at the Midtown, New York headquarters, with Monday–Thursday office collaboration and optional work-from-home Fridays.

Salary: $155,000–$300,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Architect and deliver onboarding, onramp, and checkout experiences for strategic customers.
• Lead technical discovery, scoping, solution design, execution, and production rollout.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to build scalable customer solutions.
• Support evaluations, demos, and prototypes during the customer lifecycle.
• Help establish the Forward Deployed Engineering team and scale products and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack production software in high-ownership environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Go, Python, or a similar programming language.
• Experience working directly with high-value customers from pre-sales discovery through production rollout.
• Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to connect technical systems with business objectives.
• Clear communication with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives.
• Experience working with LLMs to build high-availability systems and scale processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native, payments, or blockchain integrations.
