What you will do

• Own the planning, production, and distribution of high-quality, video-first content across hirify.global media channels.
• Build a full-funnel content strategy that moves audiences from awareness to qualified investor and customer conversations.
• Manage platform-specific content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify and manage external production and engagement partners while retaining ownership of strategy and final quality.
• Translate business, finance, and investment concepts into credible content for sophisticated UHNW investors.
• Track growth, engagement, pipeline, and conversion metrics while managing the media production and partner budget.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable growth in following, engagement, and new business through video-first content.
• Fluency in business, finance, and investment concepts.
• Experience managing content across the listed social and video platforms.
• Experience with full-funnel content, analytics, testing, and conversion mechanisms.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Experience directing external production or community engagement partners.
• Strong instincts across raw, reactive, polished, and produced video formats.
• Experience balancing virality with substantive value for an investor audience.
