Analyst, Global IP Protection

Location: Hybrid, generally working from the Universal City, California office at least four days per week

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Research agreements to identify enforcement rights and support trademark administration.
• Conduct trademark registration searches and identify enforceable marks for trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting programs.
• Maintain internal databases covering distribution, copyright, title, and property ownership rights.
• Update external title management databases supporting trade and industry programs.
• Share research findings with legal and operations teams to strengthen the global IP protection program.
• Prepare reports and support team projects and new initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional office experience, preferably in a legal setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently and collaboratively.
• Curiosity about intellectual property or related legal matters.
