Salary: $87,400–$89,400 per year

What you will do

• Manage the month-end close process for assigned business entities.
• Prepare timely journal entries and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Deliver financial variance analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and month-end schedules.
• Prepare quarterly reporting schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support special projects, ad hoc reporting, and departmental deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a month-end close environment.
• Experience with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and linked spreadsheets.
• Strong organization, initiative, communication, independent working, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and help develop junior staff.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft.
