AI Quality Evaluator - German (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; contractors for this role should be based in Germany. Remote-friendly work is available.

What you will do

• Label, annotate, and evaluate photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs in German.
• Assess linguistic quality, accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and AI-generated content against Canva's quality standards.
• Build and contribute to German-specific datasets supporting the internationalization of Canva AI features.
• Deliver labeled assets on time while meeting output targets and following task-specific guidelines.
• Review and refine labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with data-labeling teams across the Philippines and the EU on quality alignment.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistent, accurate work.
• Ability to manage time independently across multiple concurrent projects.
• Adaptability when learning and applying new guidelines across different task types.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in developing language experiences for German users.
