TL;DR
Arabic Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) (AI): Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated Arabic content while maintaining accuracy, consistency, tone, formatting, and cultural relevance with an accent on Arabic language quality and contributor performance. Focus on evaluating trainer and QA performance, creating quality guidelines, providing actionable feedback, and identifying recurring workflow issues.

Location: Remote from Egypt

Compensation: Up to $40/hour

What you will do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated Arabic content.
  • Monitor grammar, accuracy, tone, formatting, and cultural relevance.
  • Evaluate trainer and QA performance and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Support onboarding, training, and contributor activation.
  • Create quality documentation, trackers, and guidelines.
  • Identify workflow improvements and recurring quality issues.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Arabic with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic, Arabic grammar, punctuation, and regional dialects.
  • Experience working with remote teams and collaboration tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI data training, LLM evaluation, annotation, or AI quality assurance.
