Associate, Data Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Orchestrate, develop, maintain, and monitor end-to-end data pipelines across multiple tools and environments.
• Manage event-based scheduling, service-level notifications, restart strategies, parallelism, and execution pools.
• Integrate data platforms to support data lineage, observability, classification, and quality metrics.
• Ensure ingestion, transformation, analytical models, extracts, integrations, dashboards, and reports run reliably.
• Troubleshoot pipeline issues, data anomalies, inconsistencies, and integrity problems through automated frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams and business stakeholders on architecture, governance, security, privacy, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of Python development experience and 2+ years of SQL experience.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Experience with DBT, Power BI, Docker, relational databases, and scripting with Windows PowerShell or Linux Bash.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
