Software Engineer (AI Fintech)

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in Canada or the United States

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with technical leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
• Design, develop, and own complex software features and components end to end.
• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested full-stack code.
• Establish engineering best practices for a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Design and Operations to continuously improve the product.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.
• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript, including React on the frontend and Node on the backend.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with MongoDB, BigQuery, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end solutions independently.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
