Senior or Staff Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, United States; in-person team collaboration and lunch at the Seattle office every Wednesday

Salary: Senior $180,000–$200,000 plus equity; Staff $220,000–$245,000 plus equity

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS startup building customer-centric payment and accounting software for midsize and large construction companies.

What you will do

• Build frontend and full-stack features and products for construction finance and accounting teams.
• Develop web applications with React and mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android.
• Design and implement scalable software capable of handling large volumes of platform data.
• Work directly with customers, engineers, and business stakeholders to invent and improve product tools.
• Improve software that reduces manual payment and accounting tasks for construction companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience with React and/or React Native.
• Strong command of HTML and CSS.
• Expert knowledge of a statically typed language, ideally TypeScript or Java.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States and availability to work in the Seattle office at least once per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accounting concepts.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in fintech and/or payment processing.
