Project Manager, Imaging and Cardiac

Location: Remote or office-based in the United States; listed locations include Boston, Cary, Chicago, Lexington, Los Angeles, Nashville, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Raleigh, New York, Blue Bell, Rochester, and other U.S. cities. Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer contact and study lead from project startup through close-out.
• Develop project plans, timelines, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and customer reports.
• Coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trial requirements on time and to quality standards.
• Track revenue, forecasting, invoicing, budgets, contracts, and change requests.
• Maintain patient and site tracking reports, coordinate data queries, and resolve site data issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least three years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• At least one year of project management experience in the clinical trial industry is preferred.
• Advanced English fluency and previous professional work experience using English as the primary language are required.
• Ability to travel independently for investigator, customer, and business development meetings when required.
