Customer Service Representative - Acute Care (Respiratory Health)

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States; hybrid workplace with a required minimum number of onsite days.

Salary: $51,200–$70,400 annually.

What you will do

• Handle customer, healthcare team, biomedical engineering, sales, and internal inquiries for Acute Care Respiratory Health products.
• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting by phone and email.
• Process purchase orders, product shipments, returns, rental agreements, and warranty-related requests.
• Identify order types, support billing activities, and resolve issues with internal and remote billing teams.
• Track deliveries and returns, prepare sales proposals, and fulfill contract requests.
• Use multiple systems and sound judgment to resolve pre-sales and post-sales service issues.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of progressive customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with JD Edwards.
• Understanding of GPO, IDN, and pricing agreements.
