Senior Software Engineer - Pipeline Infrastructure & Integration (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own the Software Systems Engineering pipeline ecosystem, including ClangTidy, ASAN, TSAN, Harden, and FBInfer.
• Develop pipelines from prototype through CI-enforced production deployment across branches, weekly runs, nightly runs, and CI.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and metrics that track pipeline health and software quality trends.
• Investigate cross-platform and determinism failures and create instrumentation and debugging tools.
• Define new checker rollouts, testing strategies, delivery milestones, and scalable pipeline infrastructure.
• Contribute to code reviews and incident postmortems focused on long-term system reliability.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, aerospace, or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience working with large codebases.
• Experience developing with Bazel and Python and building backend infrastructure such as databases, web servers, and shell scripts.
• Experience interfacing with software written in C++ and Python.
• Ability to create system design diagrams and documentation for customer communication and long-term maintenance.
• Experience writing automation scripts for metrics generation, traceability, and related tooling.
• Deep experience with enterprise-scale deployment practices and issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with PipeDream, Airflow, and Looker.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and C++, including memory management, threading, and debugging patterns.
