Senior SAP CPI Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support end-to-end integration scenarios in SAP Integration Suite and CPI.
• Build and maintain iFlows using mappings, orchestration logic, content modifiers, splitters, routers, exception subprocesses, and multiple adapter configurations.
• Develop Groovy and Java scripts for complex transformation, validation, and routing requirements.
• Integrate SAP systems with cloud, on-premises, third-party, and partner platforms using HTTP, SOAP, IDoc, OData, JMS, AS2, SFTP, REST, Salesforce, and Ariba adapters.
• Implement secure communication, error handling, retry and alerting mechanisms, observability, and performance tuning for high-volume flows.
• Migrate legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces to CPI, manage SAP API Management, document integration designs, and provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work there.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of SAP integration experience, including 3 years with SAP Integration Suite or CPI; the posting also specifies 10+ years of overall experience.
• Hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy or Java scripting, CPI adapters, integration patterns, middleware, and SAP API Management.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, certificate-based authentication, event-driven architectures, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Experience integrating S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur; PI/PO migration experience is highly desirable.

• Experience migrating SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite.
