Mid-level Software Engineer (.NET, C#, React)

What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack features across .NET backend and React/JavaScript frontend systems.
• Review, validate, and take ownership of code produced with AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement technical solutions.
• Diagnose production issues and contribute to incident response.
• Write tests, maintain code quality, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly with the team.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core fundamentals, including dependency injection, middleware, and async/await.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and modern frontend patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, production systems, monitoring, and debugging tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools, collaborate through peer feedback, and solve problems proactively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or containerization.
• Experience integrating external APIs or third-party services.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
