Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

What you will do

• Lead a production team in safely delivering high-quality products on schedule and at effective cost.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, good manufacturing practices, and operational excellence.
• Schedule and assign departmental work to regulate workflow and meet production requirements.
• Manage, motivate, coach, train, and hold production associates accountable.
• Provide technical supervision, order supplies, and ensure the maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Coordinate communication and teamwork across production and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and basic mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn additional software.
• Must comply with US export-control and ITAR requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of electronic assembly procedures.
• Experience recommending and implementing process-efficiency improvements.
