Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana, United States; in-person, with at least four days per week in the office

Salary: $23.15–$25.78 per hour for applicants in Colorado, Jersey City, and New York City.

What you will do

• Support the development and management of warranty, service contract, and protection programs.
• Partner with underwriting, operations, claims, technology, and client management teams.
• Analyze program performance, customer trends, and business information to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support client relationships by helping understand business needs and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, program activities, and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Build insurance industry knowledge along with analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected by June 2028.
• Availability for the complete program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Major in Risk Management and Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
