Senior Specialist, Operations Management-Bilingual

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain advanced operational reports, dashboards, and complex data models.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations that support business decisions and process optimization.
• Manage user access for Schwab and Fidelity websites in line with security and compliance policies.
• Audit market values for client statements and support data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Support record retention, business continuity, and accounting-system asset management processes.
• Collaborate with business units and IT, lead improvement initiatives, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, operational reporting, and process improvement.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent French and English required to serve clients in the community.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Experience with website access management and accounting systems.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
