Project Engineer (GMP Manufacturing / Utilities)

What you will do

• Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and design through commissioning, qualification, handover, and closeout.
• Lead or support cross-functional teams delivering manufacturing, process, facility, and utility projects in a highly automated GMP environment.
• Provide technical expertise in utilities, including GMP clean utilities, acting as a System Owner or Project Engineer.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support forecasting, cost control, financial performance, and lifecycle cost assessments.
• Maintain compliance with safety, engineering, GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements while managing stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; Level 8 preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering facility, process, and utility projects, including clean utility systems.
• Strong understanding of design, implementation, commissioning and qualification, and handover.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Strong communication, organisation, stakeholder management, GMP, EHS, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
