Route Sales Representative

Location: United States of America — Remote

Salary: $41,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver products to assigned customers and sell additional products, displays, and endcaps.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Plan daily routes and visit accounts according to weekly receiving schedules.
• Load products, maintain truck inventory, and manage inventory levels for assigned customers.
• Upload daily sales transactions, communicate updates to the District Manager, and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain store displays and planograms, inspect the company vehicle, and support store resets and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-high school studies are preferred.
• Experience in direct sales distribution.
• Ability to work independently, plan effectively, and make business decisions without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive a DOT-certified truck up to 16 feet long.
• Ability to pass and maintain a DOT Medical Physical and DOT Medical Card with a minimum one-year renewal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales strategies, inventory management, organization, and time management.
