• Perform audit and accounting procedures addressing industry-specific nonprofit issues.
• Audit complex areas and transactions, and prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Schedule, delegate, and review staff work.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff.
• Keep Managers or Principals informed about engagement status and issues.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and complete engagements on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant professional services experience; completed internships may qualify.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including occasional overnight travel.
• Current CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
