Location: Stockholm, Sweden; full-time internship from January to June 2027

What you will do

• Support M&A advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
• Work on cross-border transactions with international clients and deal teams.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and contribute to deal team execution.
• Develop through on-the-job training and global training programs.
• Apply analytical and communication skills in a challenging, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Team-oriented attitude, relationship-building skills, and capacity for a demanding workload.
• Fluency in English and one Nordic language required.
