Warehouse Lead Agent - GNS 4 on 4 off 1600-0400hrs

What you will do

• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and professional warehouse facility.
• Manage warehouse procedures, equipment condition, packaging materials, supplies, and facility requirements.
• Oversee operational processes, standards, and KPI performance within the assigned area.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with facility certifications and government policies.
• Resolve inventory, overage, shortage, damage, process, and customer exceptions while supporting new customer transitions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Developing management, team leadership, customer service, and account management skills.
• Experience implementing security, health, and safety requirements.
• Expertise in the facility’s warehouse management system and supporting technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of hirify.global process fundamentals, Lean Six Sigma, and productivity and KPI analysis.
