Data / ML Analyst

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days from the office

Salary: €1,550–€1,850 per month

What you will do

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve complex data quality issues affecting client deliveries.
• Implement and validate data enhancements and fixes using SQL, Regex, and internal tools.
• Own weekly quality checks and ensure accurate, timely data distribution according to contractual standards.
• Retrain ML models, monitor their performance, and implement improvements.
• Investigate ambiguous data classification and branding issues in high-volume operational workflows.
• Collaborate with colleagues and keep the manager in Paris informed about progress, risks, and blockers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data operations, data quality, or business analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Practical experience writing and maintaining Regex.
• Understanding of data pipelines and the impact of data quality on ML models.
• Strong written and spoken English at C1 level is essential.
• Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
