Data Science Application Developer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop functionality and automation tools that improve core device engineering tasks.
• Build and maintain data flows and database infrastructure for Big Data analytics projects.
• Support deployment of machine learning projects in a cloud environment across fabrication sites.
• Develop and maintain software using Python, JavaScript, R, and other programming languages.
• Integrate device engineering analysis tools with AWS cloud databases and build tracking dashboards.
• Productize application solutions, drive adoption and standardization, and collaborate with engineering and design enablement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 3 years of experience.
• Industry experience in custom software development using Python, JavaScript, or R.
• Strong data analysis, data mining, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud data technologies and SQL or other databases.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of semiconductor devices and fabrication process flows.
