Location: Remote, anywhere in the United States

Salary: $124,200–$186,300, $138,000–$207,000, or $158,700–$238,100 USD annually, depending on geographic pay zone. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.

What you will do

• Identify customer, product, and business stories with external relevance.
• Develop narrative angles and story theses from interviews, presentations, transcripts, data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Interview customers, executives, partners, and subject matter experts.
• Write customer success, product launch, and corporate press releases.
• Verify facts, figures, claims, and supporting evidence, then manage executive, legal, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with the public relations agency and connect communications to business objectives and industry developments.

Requirements

• Exceptional editorial judgment, storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Strong reporting instincts, including interviewing, fact verification, and source validation.
• Business acumen and the ability to connect technology, product strategy, customer outcomes, and business value.
• Experience writing about B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, telecommunications, enterprise software, or related industries.
• Experience using AI and agentic AI tools responsibly for research and content development while maintaining confidentiality and editorial judgment.
• Confidence working directly with executives and senior leaders; a writing exercise is required during the interview process.
