Software Engineer (AI Agents)

Location: In-person at the NYC headquarters in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $175,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end agentic systems that improve creative workflows for short-form video.
• Design agent architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and reliable creative task execution at scale.
• Integrate internal research and external state-of-the-art models into new agent experiences.
• Measure and improve agent quality in production through experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback.
• Work across product, machine learning, and systems engineering while owning problems end to end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional industry experience.
• Experience designing and developing machine learning systems or agentic pipelines in production.
• Deep experience with context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and context management at scale.
• Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure for context gathering, tool selection, and multi-step planning.
• Strong problem-solving fundamentals, rapid learning ability, and the capacity to scope and deliver projects end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent architectures or fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.
• Knowledge of generative media and agentic AI trends.
• Experience as a startup founder or early engineer.
