Product Manager - Contract of Employment (SaaS)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere in Poland

Salary: Up to 20,100 PLN gross per month

hirify.global develops a SaaS platform for hotels and hoteliers, supporting property configuration, administration, onboarding, and daily hotel operations.

What you will do

• Own the Suite roadmap and translate business goals into a sequenced plan with measurable success criteria.
• Manage the shared platform layer, including navigation, the UI framework, common components, authentication, SSO, user management, and permissions.
• Redesign onboarding to reduce time-to-live, remove manual steps, and enable self-service implementation.
• Build multi-property capabilities such as property switching, inherited configuration, bulk changes, and portfolio-level navigation.
• Improve administration, support, knowledge, ticketing integration, contextual help, and chatbot experiences.
• Run discovery with hoteliers and internal teams, use data and AI-supported analysis, and coordinate priorities across operational and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or closely related Product Owner with discovery and prioritisation ownership.
• Experience in the hospitality industry and with onboarding, configuration, or administration areas of a SaaS product.
• Experience with platforms serving multiple user types and an understanding of security, performance, consistent UX, and data handling in multi-tenant environments.
• Practical use of AI tools for research, user insight generation, and rapid prototyping.
• Polish at C1 minimum; Polish is the working language of the technology team.
• English sufficient for working with international clients and teams, strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and practical Agile experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hotel groups or chains and multi-property management challenges.
• Experience with information architecture and navigation design for complex platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing, knowledge base, and chatbot tools.
